How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Processing time at our warehouse usually takes 1-2 business days before the carrier picks up the package.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused and unopened products. Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty tools and skincare, items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Are SACHEU products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations or tools.
How do I clean my stainless steel beauty tools?
Our signature stainless steel tools are non-porous and easy to clean. Simply wash with mild soap and warm water after each use, then pat dry with a clean towel.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international regions. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
